For more than 50 years, Mark/Trèce, Inc. has developed these pillars as the foundation of our value-proposition for customers throughout the graphics industry. Mark/Trèce, Inc., incorporated in Baltimore, MD in 1962, has continued to evolve to meet the diverse needs of the rapidly changing printing industry, with completely digital workflows for all types of tooling and digital printing operations. This advancement has facilitated our ability to exceed the level of quality and reliability demanded in the competitive marketplace.

Richard A. Godfrey, CEO of Mark/Trèce, Inc., is founder and past president of the Flexographic Pre-press Platemakers Association (FPPA). Recognized for superior achievement, Mark/Trèce frequently partners within the industry and with educational institutions to promote knowledge and technical advancement in flexographic printing. These efforts further develop our areas of expertise, which include:

  • Corrugated printing
  • Flexo printing
  • Cutting die manufacturing
  • Pre-press
  • Design
  • Digital printing

The Mark/Trèce standard of service is the industry model that others strive to achieve. Dedicated to strengthening our team with only the best professionals in the industry, we provide customers with a results-driven service experience that emphasizes our ability to deliver above and beyond expectations.

At the same time, we maintain a sense of approachability, engendered in our corporate headquarters, “The Barn”. Built in 1885, the barn was used as an "ordinary barn" until 1960, housing cattle, hay, etc. Vacant from 1960 through 1979, Richard A. Godfrey began renovating the barn using fieldstone, oak pegged timber and slate from another old barn in the surrounding area. This restoration project took a period of three years to complete. Suppliers, clients, and industry associates from around the world have visited this unique facility. "The Barn" is always a welcome place for customers to visit.
